How we made It

Our journey began when the client approached us with a vision for an AI-enhanced application. Through workshops and continuous technical consultations, we refined this vision, focusing on integrating ChatGPT AI for deep insights. Our dedicated team, including three software developers, a Quality Assurance Engineer, a Project Manager, and a Business Analyst, worked diligently. For developing this solution, our primary focus was on the needs of the target users: owners, successors, and managers of small to medium-sized manufacturing or project companies, ensuring the application meets their specific requirements and challenges.

Challenges

Heartly is designed as a complex system consisting of three advanced modules. The way it works had to be carefully thought out by us, and all the algorithms had to be invented from scratch. In addition, the system on principle had to be intertwined with AI, which is the backbone of the entire project - this is what keeps the system running smoothly and the company's heartbeat and other data generated at lightning speed.

Major functionalities

The current version has the basic functionality needed to measure the health of a business, such as monitoring key indicators, the freedom to set indicators depending on the data collected, and filtering of data in the report. In addition to this, the ability to feed data to AppSheets, Google Sheets forms, report file templates, and user reporting directly in source files. The application is continuously updated with new functionalities.
